Return Eligibility
Time Frame
– Return requests must be generated within 24 hours of delivery
– Returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery
– Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
Valid Reasons for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
1. Damaged or defective products
2. Wrong items delivered
Return Conditions
– Books must be unused and in their original condition
– All original packaging must be intact
– Original invoice must be provided
– Clear photographs of damaged products or wrong items must be submitted
– Video evidence may be required in certain cases
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Items purchased during sales or special promotions
– Digital books and products
– Books for which return requests were not generated within 24 hours of delivery
– Used or damaged books (except when received in damaged condition)
Replacement Process
1. Generate a return request within 24 hours of delivery
2. Submit required documentation:
– Original purchase invoice
– Clear photographs of damaged/wrong products
– Video evidence (if requested)
3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup
4. After inspection, replacement will be processed
5. Replacement item will be shipped to your registered address
Important Notes
– We only offer replacements; no refunds are provided
– Shipping costs for returns are covered by Smartelix Publishing
– Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
– Replacements are subject to stock availability
– In case the exact replacement is unavailable, we will contact you for alternatives
Shipping of Returns
– Use original packaging or similar protective packaging
– Include all original accessories and documentation
– Attach return label (if provided)
– Keep proof of return shipping until replacement is received

1. Digital Products: Digital books and products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for returns or replacements.
